Studio policy

Please read

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required to book. It goes toward your total.
Lates: There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes a $10 late fee applies. After 20 minutes the appointment is cancelled and the deposit is forfeited.
Reschedule: 48 hours notice is required to reschedule. Use the secure link in your confirmation email, or call if you need admin help.
Removal: Please let us know when booking if you need removal — an additional charge may apply.
Guest: Only 1 visitor may accompany the client.
Nail warranty: Free nail repair if reported within the first week. After one week, $10+ per nail depending on the design.
